Q: What are the discount rates, terms and conditions for your products?

A: Discounts for each of our prepaid products vary based on product and order
size, as do the terms and conditions. Please contact us at 1-800-318-1771 to
learn more about our product discounts.

Q:
Do you have a minimum order size?

A: Yes, we have a minimum order of $240 but we recommend you order $500
as you will save on shipping costs.

   
 
   


Q: What if the product is defective?

A: We will replace all defective products. When dealing with a card that does not work’ it is very important that you
call our toll free number at 1-800-318-1771 for assistance. If a customer brings back a card because they are having
difficulties, it is important that you call the customer service number on the back of the card before you refund the
customer. There might be nothing wrong with the product and our service representative will be able to help your
customer.

Q: Does your products have UPC codes?

A: Yes, all our products have UPC codes.

Q: What if cards are stolen or lost?

A: You can call RSVP and provide the sequence number of the stolen card(s) and request that they be deactivated.
If the cards were lost in the mail we will deactivate the cards and send you a new order. You do not have to provide
the sequence numbers as we will have them on our system.

Q: Is there an expiry date on the cards?

A: There is no shelf life expiry date but for the customer the cards expire 6 months from first use.

Q: What are the tax rules?

A: Retailers are to charge consumers provincial tax (as applicable) and GST on all prepaid cards. RSVP will charge
GST to retailers
